What shipping options are available?

Most purchases are shipped from our Ellensburg office by UPS or are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Lead times are listed on our site. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Can orders be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States and foreign countries?

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and points outside the United States require special shipping quotes. Please email us what item(s) your interested in along with your address and we will get you a shipping quote.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

When I try to go to a page or press a button, I get an error screen saying, "Page can't be found". What can I do to get past this error?

Press the "Back" button in your browser and redo what you were trying to do on the previous page. Make sure to re-enter the information, if this error appeared on a forms page.

When I use my "Back" button after filling out one of your forms, my personal information is not there anymore. Why does this happen?

For security reasons, this is built into the site. You don't want anybody to press the "Back" button in your absence to review any of your sensitive personal information.

My computer tells me that your site is not secure. Is it?

Yes, our site is absolutely secure. You see this message on some pages usually followed or preceded by a message stating the page is secure. In any case, you will be able to see the "lock" security symbol at the bottom of your browser as proof of a page being secure. If you are leaving a secure page, you also have to agree to view the following non-secure page.

What does it mean when there is a "socket error" in processing my credit card?

This error means there is a problem processing your credit card. If there is a problem processing your credit card online, please contact customer service at 1-509-925-2850. One of our sales representatives will be able to manually process your credit card number again or discuss alternate payment solutions with you.
