Information
Who Should
Attend? Our seminars are appropriate for all therapy
providers including OT's, SLP's, PT's, and mental health
professionals. Related health professionals are welcome but
should consult with private-practice.com prior to registering.
Confirmation:
Enrollment will be confirmed upon receipt of your registration
and payment. E-mails will be sent to verify enrollment. If you
have not received confirmation 10 days after mailing your
registration, call our office at 509.925.2850.
Enrollment
and Deadlines: Enrollment is limited based on out ratio of
speakers to enrollees. Participants are accepted on
first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, late registration can
only be accepted contingent on space availability.
Cancellation
Policy Registrations that are cancelled in writing
one week prior to an event are eligible for a full refund .
Registrations cancelled within one week of an event will
receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for
unnotified cancellations regardless of the reason. We
reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop.
Registrants who pay in full will be notified and workshop
registration fee will be refunded in full.
Fees Include:
Tuition, course handouts, and refreshment breaks. A
certificate of attendance is presented at the conclusion of
the seminar.
Certificate
of Attendance: As we strive to maintain quality standards
at our seminars we do our best to insure that the hours
awarded reflect the hours the participant was in attendance.
It is therefore our policy to award certificates upon
completion of the course. For those who decide to leave
prior to the course completion, the certificate will be
adjusted accordingly.
