OUR On-Site Coaching PROGRAM

Many of the big questions about private practice can’t be handled on a bulletin board, listserv, or over the phone.  private-practice.com wants to help it's subscribers make their practices thrive.  We feel that the single best way to do this is to schedule an on-site coaching visit.  You will get your needs met through the undivided attention of one of our principles for 1-2 days.  

How it works:

• You commit to an on-site coaching session.

• We pick a mutually acceptable date.

• We schedule a pre-visit telephone interview (up to an hour)

• Based on the results of the interview, we may ask you to send some of you practice materials for us to review prior to the on-site visit.  On-site visits may last 1 or 2 days, depending on your needs.

• We will send a proposed agenda 2 days prior to the visit.

the day of the visit:

•  Orient us to your practice and needs.

•  Refine the agenda.

•  Start asking questions.

•  Start getting answers.

•  Development of goals and objectives.
